Hair Included vs Hair Excluded:
Each service offers the option to include or exclude hair. The price listed on the website reflects the final cost, with no hidden fees unless otherwise specified. Both options have their pros and cons, allowing you to choose the service that best suits your needs.

Pros:

Freedom to bring any color, length, or texture of their choice.

Longer cancellation window, cancel up to 48 hours before the appointment without losing their deposit.
Cons:

Responsibility for Correct Hair Length: If a client brings the wrong hair length (e.g., booking for bra-strap length but bringing mid-back length), they are responsible for covering any price difference. If unable to do so, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Cancellation in this case results in a non-refundable deposit. You are encouraged to review the length guidelines on the booking service and policy pages to avoid such issues.

Half Head vs. Whole Head:

Half Head: Refers to clients with a high-top fade (shorter on the sides with longer hair on top).

Whole Head: Refers to clients with low tapers or hair that is unfaded (even length all around the head or no fade).

Length Options for Men's Hairstyles:
The lengths refer to the client's natural hair length.

Short Length: not longer than 12 inches

Long Length: not shorter than 12 inches and longer than 16 inches

Extra Long Length: not shorter than 16 inches and not longer than 20 inches
Policy
Deposit
A deposit of €16.18 is required during the online booking process. The remaining balance will be displayed in the booking confirmation email sent to your inbox, along with the details of your appointment.

Tip: If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. If it's still missing, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone for assistance.
​
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the appointment for services that include hair.
​
In some cases, a 48-hour grace period applies, but only for services that include hair in color 1B.
​
Ways to Book
Website Only: Bookings must be made through our website. WhatsApp bookings are not accepted to ensure our schedule remains organized and accurate.

Walk-ins: Want to meet without an appointment? You can visit me at the park. Location details will be displayed in pop-ups every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.

Loyalty Program & Referral Program
You can earn points every time you book with us:

Client Agreement
By booking an appointment with Angii The Braider, you confirm that you have thoroughly read and understood the policies outlined on this page. By doing so, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth.
​
Additionally, the client acknowledges that Angii The Braider cannot be held liable for any hair loss, hair damage, or allergic reactions that may occur. The client understands that such issues can arise due to a variety of factors, making it difficult to determine if these occurrences are directly related to the braiding service.
Payment Methods
Currently, payments can only be made via PIN. After your service, you will receive a payment request for the remaining balance (or modified balance, if applicable). Note: Cash payments will not be accepted.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your appointment at any time, even on the same day!
Once rescheduled, you will have up to 2 months to select a new date. No new deposit is required.
Important: Please note that the deposit is automatically forfeited when you reschedule.
Taxes (BTW)
All prices include 9% tax and a €1.18 third-party transaction fee, which are already included in the price. You can view the exact tax amount during the checkout process.
Running Late?
If you are running late, the most important thing is to notify us via WhatsApp or phone at least 10 minutes before your appointment. A grace period of 30 minutes will be granted if lateness is communicated. If you fail to notify us, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.
No-Shows or Late Cancellations:

For the first violation, you will receive a warning.

Continued violations of the agreement can result in the loss of your deposit.
Refunds
In case of a complaint, clients may receive booking credit, or discounts that is valid up to 1 year..

It is important that during your appointment, if you want to change something or are not satisfied, you communicate this immediately. A mirror is always provided to ensure the hairstyle meets your expectations.
​
In most cases, any issues can be fixed. We can agree on a new date and time for you to come in and have it corrected. This is always the first step in handling complaints.
​
If the issue cannot be resolved, I can issue you a booking credit up to the value of the service in question. Due to the time and resources involved, our policy is No Cash Refunds.
